1月25日下午，山东省重点研发计划（农业良种工程）“耐盐、高产苜蓿新品种培育”项目启动会在山东绿风农业集团有限公司会议室召开。会议由无棣县科学技术局党组副书记常洪岩主持。无棣县政府副县长李斌和山东省农科院休闲农业研究所所长王绛辉研究员分别致辞。项目主持人、山东省农科院休闲农业研究所党总支副书记贾春林研究员，中国农业科学院北京畜牧兽医研究所陈林研究员，山东绿风农业集团有限公司副总经理许树立及项目承担单位、合作单位相关成员共计10余人参加了会议。

会议开始后，主持人首先介绍了与会领导专家。接着由李斌副县长致欢迎辞。李斌首先对远道而来的各位专家表示欢迎，对“耐盐、高产苜蓿新品种培育”项目的启动表示祝贺。他强调，在盐碱地上培育耐盐、高产苜蓿新品种高度契合了总书记倡导的“分类改造盐碱地,推动由主要治理盐碱地适应作物向更多选育耐盐碱植物适应盐碱地转变”的要求，具有很大的潜力。该项目总投资905万元，紧密对接行业增强蛋白的需求，科学落实大食物观对对畜牧业发展有利的支撑。项目组要紧抓机遇，开拓创新，持续加强核心技术攻关，确保项目高质量完成。同时诚挚感谢各位专家给予绿风公司多方指导，把技术送到田间地头，增强了企业创新意识，把更多的创新成果在无棣落地、生根、开花、结果。该项目技术路线明确、考核指标先进、非常振奋人心，希望项目团队尽早谋划，多方协调和承接沟通，把项目落实好。项目的实施必将进一步带动和促进当地牧草产业快速发展，对优化农业产业结构、提高农业科技创新能力和水平起到巨大的推动作用。

With a total investment of 9.05 million yuan, the project is closely linked with the demand for enhanced protein in the industry. The project team should seize the opportunity, explore and innovate, continuously strengthen the core technology to solve key problems, and ensure the project to be completed with high quality.
